Probably the best reason I could ever have for losing a client:

My work helped bring in so much business that she doesn’t need the extra promotion anymore, lol!

And while I’m certainly sad to see a longtime client go, I can’t be upset about THAT result because social media management shouldn’t just make your page prettier. It should help people find you, remember you, trust your business, and ultimately, become customers.

Her departure means I now have room to help another small business do exactly that.

In case you were curious, there’s an actual person behind Farm Chick Media Solutions. Your graphics aren’t being spit out of a generator, I’m choosing the photos, I’m writing the copy and adjusting the layout for the 47th time because something is two pixels too far to the left and it bugs me.

I’m personally learning your business, your customers and what makes you different.
