We’ll be closing Old Crockett W**e Emporium today from 1:00–3:30 PM so we can attend the funeral of a dear neighbor and someone who has meant so much to our community.

She was one of those people who made Crockett a better place simply by being part of it, and we want to take a few hours today to honor her memory and pay our respects to the family.

We appreciate your understanding and kindness. We’ll be back open at 3:30 PM.

OCWE will be closed tomorrow due to forecasted weather and potential for flooding.

So… which one was your favorite at the club tasting?

We had a little trouble getting a consensus last night. Both the Grillo and Nero d’Avola were big hits, and our members had a surprisingly hard time choosing a favorite. We sold just one more red than white—people loved the smooth and light finish of the Nero d’Avola.

W**e Club members, your August bottles are ready for pickup! Come grab yours and decide for yourself which one wins.

Your ticket includes dinner, and water will be provided. W**e/beer will be available for purchase from us at Old Crockett W**e Emporium.

We’ll also have a free w**e tasting at OCWE from 5:30–6 PM, and the patio doors will open at 5:30. If there’s a chance of rain, we’ll send a contingency plan by email as we get closer to the event. FYI we can’t add any more seats/tables—we’ve reached our max.
