Barn Rat is back on her route after a lovely working trip to Louisville KY with Debonaire Stables for the World's Championship Horse Show along with cooking. Yeah I'd be scared too... but ya'll wouldn't be disappointed.
So on my normal weekly plan, I cook a solid stock of meals for my guy. He deserves it all and I love endeavoring in new cooking adventures. Keep in mind, this Barn Rat has never eaten a steak or burger in her 36yrs on this planet. But I love cooking meat dishes. So here we are, half ass shenanigans while cooking, jamming to good music and doing what we love. Seriously, what else reason do you have to live aside from being happy?
My doggos were thrilled for my return. Lacy latched on and swears I'm not going anywhere else, but she enjoyed her time with her Cottonwood Stables Grandma, Dawn. Little Larry doubled in size within 12 days and lived a solid afternoon of snuggles

On today's episode of "where's Barn Rat Sunshine?" Let's be honest, I hardly know most of the time... well, the answer is still in deep east Texas BUT! I'll be in Louisville for the World Championship Horse Show this month. 🤘🤘 Can't wait to help put some ponies on the green shavings!
Team Debonaire Debonaire Stables will be at it's finest and I will also be representing my Texas equine retirement farm, Cottonwood Stables. So if you have questions about retiring your show horse or your back yard best friend who needs extra care in their later years, come find me(you can't miss me)! I'll be on the show grounds all week, 24/7.
