It feels completely surreal to sit here typing these words, knowing that three bright young lives were taken far too soon. There truly are no words that can fully capture the depth of the heartbreak, weight and sadness lingering in all of our hearts right now.
As parents, our deepest instinct is to wrap our children in our arms and protect them from every pain and danger in this world. Knowing that these families are going through every parent’s worst nightmare breaks our heart to pieces.
Junior held such a deeply special place in our family's hearts. He was around us all the time, filling the room with his warmth, light and that infectious energy. We will always cherish the endless moments he had us all laughing at his silly jokes and cheerful spirit. His presence was a gift and his absence will be felt deeply every single day. The memories we shared with him are things we will hold close to our hearts forever.
Our hearts, thoughts, and deepest prayers are completely with every family navigating this unimaginable tragedy and carrying this heavy grief. We pray that God surrounds each of you with comfort, strength and peace during these dark days.
