We finally put concrete in the pole barn. Our son and his crew came up from the cities and made it happen. We had a lots of fun, well the kids did. The guys worked hard and did a great job. We couldn't be happier. # farmlife

It's great to see the cows enjoying the beautiful day. Schon Boden's Lucille is scratching her belly on a rock and Bent Creek Faith is having a snack with Maverick and Maple. She will be available in October after weaning. PM for more information.

I can't believe it's time for hay. The Summer is going fast. We want to thank all the people who take the time to supply hay for us, we couldn't have our animals with out it.

This handsome guy is looking for a new fold. WL Lucky (PV,D) registration # 64057 a 4 year old Dun bull.
He has a mild temperament. He is good with people, his calves and other cows. Lucky has sired many beautiful heifer calves including last year's Corn Huskers Reserve Champion Junior Heifer Calf BCP Lia. His bull calves are stout and well tempered.
His sire is WL Genesis who is impressive and produces great offspring. His dam is DH Victor's Bowmore.
If your looking for a great bull who produces quality calves he's your guy.

We were able to take the boys fishing today. They both caught something. Even better Bent Creek Chance has figured out the bucket.

We took the boys fishing and when we came back this is what we found. Our 1500lb bull WL Lucky decided to take one of the feeders out to the pasture 200 yards away. He likes to use them to scratch his back.
