I will never read the words “small business” the same after our journey.
I used to read it just as that, SMALL business.
Those words used to evoke images in my head of a cute little operation.
Now when I read those words, they’re not two distinct words, one describing the other.
Now when I read those words, they are blended, two words to the eye, but one entity.
They describe the genre, or category of “business”, like corporation or non-profit, but there is nothing “small” about it.
Regardless of the number of people, whether one or twenty-one, they are not “small”.
The level of SERVICE they bring is HIGH.
The products they IMAGINE, CREATE, & deliver are INNOVATIVE, ORIGINAL, & not found on every corner or mass produced or over done.
Their PASSION for what they do, you will FEEL the moment you walk in their establishment or start speaking with them.
They CARE about YOU first, not the sales, not whether they cross sold you another product, but how you’re doing after your surgery, how your family is after a struggle, how school is REALLY going for you.
You are FAMILY to a small business, because family supports one another!
They dream big, they feel deep, they give everything…their WHOLE HEART & more time than there are hours in a day if that’s possible.
Small business is not a job or a position, it’s their LIFE.
It’s what they DO, it’s who they ARE.
And when GOD is their CEO, there is no limit to what HE will build from their honest efforts!
As we say farewell to our FroYo small business, we KNOW it was anything but small.
I want to thank my sweet husband Shawn, who gave me these past few years building & dreaming at my side. Thank you for praying with me & for me , & thank you for always pointing me back to our Heavenly Father. I’m most thankful for how each of our relationships with the Lord have grown.
I also want to thank our son & daughter; they have been my cheer squad, pinch hitters, designated runners, creative team, & board of directors (sometimes vetoing my crazier ideas! 😂)
Thank you Crossville for the FroYo love & for being a part of our family.
And you know how family is, you can’t get rid of them! 😜 So, you’ll always be part of our family & in our hearts!
