Hey all!! So, after being turned into the health department for not having the proper inspections done...my bad...I have decided that within the next couple months, we should be up and going again!! Stay tuned, better farm to table recipes, grandma's cooking and home grown favorites are headed your way!!! Looking forward to getting back in the kitchen!!

I have been informed that someone reported back to Basics to the Health Department and the food permits we do have do not meet their standards...therefore, until I can get the "proper" permits, we are shutting down for a while...

Hey everyone, so obviously we have been on a small break for a bit! With so much going on, and our meals being more hearty, we decided to take a little bit to revamp our menu to fit the heat of summer!! Stay tuned for some upcoming summer friendly meals!! And we will be back full swing mid august!

Option 1:
Giant Stuffed Baked Potatoes with 3 options: A) Cheesy BBQ stuffed (butter, pulled pork, cheese, salt,pepper, ranch, bacon, and sour cream) ;B) Loaded (butter, sour cream, bacon, cheese, salt and pepper) ; C) Cheddar Broccoli...served with a dessert $8
****If you need us to leave something off please let me know...pulled pork is served with BBQ sauce on this side

Option2
Loaded veggie Salad (can add grilled chicken for an extra $1)
Ranch Dressing on side
Served with dessert $8

Due to an ongoing sinus infection, I feel it is safer to not cook this week! I will be smoking 2 pork butts this weekend if anyone is interested in some pulled pork! Sorry for the inconvenience, I just want to keep everyone safe!
