We've been pretty quiet on here lately, but we wanted to share that we have a group of fall calving cows for sale. We hope everyone is having a great start to Spring Calving season. We have decided to open up the tank and turn loose some more Beartooth 129H semen for your spring breeding. His sons and daughters were highlights of our past sale. He sired the high selling bull with him commanding $23,000 for half interest to Zerr Red Angus of Oakley, KS. Another highlight was 4 daughters sold to the Monterroso family of Guatemala to get their start in the Red Angus breed. This will probably be one of the last times we offer him on the open market. Semen will be offered until May 1st at $75 a unit. We have semen here at the farm or can be shipped from 605 Sires + Donors. Ladies and gentlemen we are 2 days away from Sale Day! We’ve not highlighted the open heifers much, but today we are going do do just that! These girls are the entire keeper pen, but nothing was held back and it’s hard to see some of them leave. If you’re looking for something to take your program to places it’s never been you better have several check marks by these girls. The majority of these females are sired by Beartooth and that is a tough pill to swallow letting them leave. Sale Day is getting closer and closer! We have always said if each calf crop doesn’t improve you need to go back to the drawing board and try something different! This group has definitely made us look pretty good and we cannot wait to see what they do in your programs. We know it’s very cliche to say this is the best group we ever sold but that is very true. The bulls this year have knocked it out of the park and we feel like they are going to represent SBR very well. Take a look thru these guys, mark your favorites and get ready to take an absolute stud home this Saturday!
