As of January 1, 2027 there will be an increase in processing fees. On beef, the processing fee will be $0.65 per pound live weight. On hogs, the processing fee will be $0.75 per pound live weight. The kill fee will stay at $36.00. We have been debating and trying to not go up, but due to increased cost of bags, supplies, labor, and parts, we have no choice. We do appreciate your understanding and continued business. Thank you!

We wanted to let our valued customers know that the beef, pork, and chicken we sell in our retail cuts, is all US raised and USDA inspected products. We process a lot of custom beef from farmers all around, but that is not what we can sell to the public. The products sold to our retail customers must be USDA inspected. If you have questions, please feel free to call us and we will gladly answer them. We appreciate your continued business and support!
