Bocage crawfish was started as a joint venture between family owned rice and crawfish farms in Crowley, LA. Our partners represent generations of farming families that have made their living off of the land that we still
live on today. We have a strong commitment to environmental stewardship so farming remains viable option for future generations. As crawfish producers, we are able to manage the

freshness of our products from growth, harvest, handling, and processing. Because we control the supply chain from beginning to end, there is not a fresher product available to our customers.
