CLASSIC CARAMEL SAUCE
Texture: Smooth, pourable
Use: Ice cream, cakes, coffee, drizzle
Ingredients
• Sugar – 200 g
• Fresh cream (warm) – 200 ml
• Butter – 40 g
• Vanilla – 1 tsp
• Salt – pinch (optional)
Method
1. Heat sugar on medium until deep amber.
2. Carefully add warm cream (it will bubble).
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Add butter, vanilla, salt.
5. Cool slightly before storing.
For salted caramel → add 3–5 g sea salt.

CLASSIC CHOCOLATE SAUCE
Texture: Smooth, glossy
Use: Ice cream, pancakes, brownies
Ingredients
• Cocoa powder – 40 g
• Sugar – 120 g
• Water or milk – 200 ml
• Butter – 30 g
• Vanilla – 1 tsp
• Salt – pinch

Method
1. Whisk cocoa + sugar.
2. Add liquid gradually.
3. Cook on low heat until slightly thick.
4. Remove from heat, add butter & vanilla.
For richer sauce → replace cocoa with melted chocolate.

WHITE CHOCOLATE SAUCE
Texture: Creamy, silky
Use: Cheesecake, fruits, plated desserts
Ingredients
• White chocolate – 150 g
• Fresh cream – 120 ml
• Butter – 20 g
• Vanilla – ½ tsp
Method
1. Heat cream gently (do NOT boil).
2. Pour over chopped white chocolate.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Add butter and vanilla.
Overheating white chocolate causes separation.

🥜 BUCKEYES
1 c peanut butter
6 Tbsp butter
2 ½ c confectioners’ sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ lb chocolate almond bark

🍪 NO BAKE COOKIES
2 c granulated sugar
½ c butter
½ c milk
4 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 c peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 c quick-cook oats

🌽 CORNFLAKE COOKIES
1 c granulated sugar
1 c light corn syrup
1 c peanut butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
6 c cornflakes

🥧 PEANUT BUTTER PIE
8 oz cream cheese
1 c peanut butter
¾ c confectioners’ sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz whipped topping
1 graham cracker crust
