Our mom Ernestine has been bringing the family together for the holidays for years with the thoughts of family time, laughter, and great food. The one thing everyone looked forward to would be her sweet potato pie. With the right blend of ingredients and spices, her sweet potato became a staple that was sought after. She passed down the recipe to her oldest daughter who would create Ernestine Foods. Now, we offer Ernestine's Sweet Potato Pie filling as a convenient option for others to pour, bake, and eat!
