Grow The Earth has just produced a small batch of finocchiona salami made with pork raised on pasture and whey, as well as Canadian and American bacon.

If you love real food made locally, message me or drop a comment — I can set some aside for pickup or delivery in the Upper Valley, as well as suggest cheese and wine pairings for the charcuterie enthusiasts among you!
