This little boy still needs a home. He was sort of dumped on me. He has no toes on his back feet, but it doesn't affect his quality of life at all.
He was a proven breeder by previous owners (mistake, they thought he was a she) small re🏡 fee to make sure he doesn't just get dumped again. He is a small bunny. My next steps will be considering culling or trying to find somewhere to put him. I already have a small buck of my own.

They're super friendly. Probably the friendliest meat rabbits I've ever owned before. They could honestly just be big pets lol. But they're old enough and ready to breed too, if someone wants to use them for breeding. I unfortunately do not have a large buck to go with them. They have been kept in a building during the colder months, but seeing how it's going to get hot soon, I don't have the right setup for them. May be able to transport if wheather allows and you are seriously planning to purchase.
I have a tiny buck available as well. I believe him to be Vienna tort. He is priced to move. Mother overgroomed his back feet, so he has no back toes. It does not affect his quality of life. He gets around fine. Didn't even notice at first. I am rehoming for my neighbor. They gave him to me, and I have no where to put them. He would make a great pet. Not pictured here, but can get a couple quick ones if seriously interested.

2 chicks need to fly -- I am cleaning out the brooder for next hatches, so those who didn't make second cut need to go. There will probably be some more fresh ones coming soon, and some more older ones too. But none currently 👀.. Just sorted through, so it'll be at least a couple more days before I make any other decisions:

1. Black chick, suspected silkie feathering (appears to have silked wing feathers coming in) but no promises. White tip on beak should go away. Comb is correct, and it has no other skin leakage. My issue is that it only has 4 toes. I don't keep non-project color birds with 4 toes. Less than a week. STRAIGHT RUN. CAN LEAVE BY ITSELF IF YOU HAVE OTHER CHICKS. This one is 💲⏬️ to move. Has been brooded together with the chick below.
2. Hatched chocolate, appears to be feathering out blue (?) Chick. I am colorblind, so please reference pictures. Mottled carrier. No skin leakage, correct toes (5) correct comb, white beak tip should turn black with age. Mottled carrier. About 2 weeks old. STRAIGHT RUN. CANNOT LEAVE BY ITSELF. MUST LEAVE WITH BLACK CHICK OR I WILL RETAIN AND USE IT IN MY PROGRAM. 😊

They are not sick, it was cold outside and the wind was whipping. I was shivering with a coat.

I will be at Gilmans Farm and feed this weekend for a swap. I am planning on bringing eggs along for those who may not be as local to me who would like to purchase eggs.

All spots are currently taken except for:

Large fowl cochin
Bantam old english

For those who don't know, Gilmanor is up near Richmond, VA. I'll be there Saturday morning into the afternoon, because I won't be setting up as a vendor this year. This is not a guarantee I'll have the variety you requested, but that I'll do my best to get it to you, and if I do have any, that they will be yours. Pics are of parents for both breeds, I do not have adult birds FS. I would expect to do meet/pickup there to avoid stress and confusion.

Will respond to messages in order they are received. No deposit required, I use the honors system. That being said, please be respectful and don't take advantage of the honors system. I'm one of the few people I know who still uses it in fear of people flaking out last minute.

This is my first and only one hatched so far. Any other chicks won't be hatching until the end of this week into this weekend. My only other 2 chicks are too big. It literally JUST hatched. It can wait for siblings but I wanted to post it in case anyone had a broody hen who lost her baby or had a lonely chick themselves.
Asking 5️⃣. Pickup in Crozet VA. I was going to start offering transport this year.. but mother nature said NO 🤣

Sooo.. before I plan out what all is happening this week.. anyone interested in eggs from the following breeds, potentially?

• Bantam cochin--frizzle & smooth
• Silkie/Satin--frizzle, smooth, silked, satin, and showgirl. I cannot control what you get, but I've been getting few satins this year.
• Old english bantams--Frizzle and smooth.
• Potentially large fowl cochin?--Frizzle and smooth.

Will hopefully be making a trip to Charlottesville Tuesday (outside of my normal meet up window 🙂) and I will be making a trip to Culpeper Wednesday. So lots of meet opportunities this week!
PM for info and pics of parents for breed(s) of your choice. Please keep in mind I am not a commercial hatchery, so bulk orders may be difficult for me! If I forgot you, it's not personal, just a lot going on.

× I cannot tell feather type at hatch. All I can tel is showgirl from non-showgirl. I have been getting predominantly silkies though from this pen.
× 💲 according to quality (from what can be told at hatch, color, and then additional depending on feather type if I know it).
× May also have some unsexed juveniles available soon, but limited.

Anyone interested in testing some large fowl cochin eggs for me? I have a lot of faith in them, because all Burberry (the male) does is breed her, but I got a not so great hatch about 2 months ago so I want to make sure everything is pretty back to normal.
Yes, I am asking 💲 for them. If no one wants tjem, I'll do it myself and no harm no foul. Just wanted to put the opportunity out there. 😊

How test hatching works:
In exchange for dis⏬️counted 🥚s, you let me know how many eggs make it to first candling, lockdown, and hatch. That's it. You can keep everything that hatches, I just need those 3 updates. 🥰

My pair is both from show line flocks. Lavender based blue splash rooster over black, mottled carrier hen.

Geese! (Or if you're my girl-friend-- "Can I pet that cat?" 🤣

All goose eggs for my first set were marked on April 5th. The eggs will be recandled soon, and an update will be provided on how many we have.
Expecting some sebastapol-chinese/sebastapol-Chinese cross, sebastapol, pomeranian, and possibly giant buff dewlap × other breed??
I did have a big batch of white sebastapol developing, but something made off with them!! 😩😔
Over 17 eggs will be candled. I'm thinking maybe tomorrow (the 15th) will have been long enough to see inside and confirm for sure.

We are also patiently waiting on our first 2025 wave of silkie/satin chicks to hatch, which were set around a similar time frame.
