Despite my significant water intake, I still fall short of the recommended amount. I have noticed that my overall well-being improves in direct proportion to my water consumption. However, it is crucial to acknowledge that the discussion often overlooks a vital aspect: not only is water quantity important, but water quality also plays a critical role. Regular consumption of distilled or purified water devoid of minerals can have detrimental effects, ultimately outweighing any benefits. Therefore, selecting your water with care is essential!
