Crystal Falls Springs Inc. would like to thank the Iron County Economic Chamber Alliance and Zach Hautala in particular for thinking about us for this COOL event! Zach asked us if we could supply water for the 500-600 kids expected for the event and we were happy to answer the call. It sounds like the day was a success and the weather couldn't have been much better for a day of outdoor activities!

Beautiful sunrise this morning in the Northwoods! Lots of ducks and geese in the marsh... if you zoom in you can see some of them flying and a few in the "pond". Water level is quite low at this time after such a dry summer.

Despite my significant water intake, I still fall short of the recommended amount. I have noticed that my overall well-being improves in direct proportion to my water consumption. However, it is crucial to acknowledge that the discussion often overlooks a vital aspect: not only is water quantity important, but water quality also plays a critical role. Regular consumption of distilled or purified water devoid of minerals can have detrimental effects, ultimately outweighing any benefits. Therefore, selecting your water with care is essential!

One of the 300+ named waterfalls in Michigan's pristine Upper Peninsula, Bond Falls. This is also one of the top 5 for me. Others in my top 5 you ask? Of course there's the MONSTER, Tahquamenon Falls. Agate, Hungarian, Laughing Whitefish... Not to mention some of the beauties on the Black River... There's just too many! 😄

We're slowly coming out of the deep freeze up here in the beautiful Upper Peninsula! Today a couple Trumpeter swans stopped by the thawing marshland on the property for a snack!
