Another 20 cases of COOL Artesian Water needed for the 61st Annual Bass Fest this year! That brings the total for this year to 55 cases, that's over 1,300 bottles consumed over the weekend!! Despite my significant water intake, I still fall short of the recommended amount. I have noticed that my overall well-being improves in direct proportion to my water consumption. However, it is crucial to acknowledge that the discussion often overlooks a vital aspect: not only is water quantity important, but water quality also plays a critical role. Regular consumption of distilled or purified water devoid of minerals can have detrimental effects, ultimately outweighing any benefits. Therefore, selecting your water with care is essential!

One of the 300+ named waterfalls in Michigan's pristine Upper Peninsula, Bond Falls. This is also one of the top 5 for me. Others in my top 5 you ask? Of course there's the MONSTER, Tahquamenon Falls. Agate, Hungarian, Laughing Whitefish... Not to mention some of the beauties on the Black River... There's just too many! 😄
