Pot roast open face sandwich is going over very well! Were going to try to make that available at least 3 days a week! Ordered aluminum to go pans to make chicken pot pies! We will give those a go next week.

Last two weeks we've been very busy with catering!

Good day.

Can't believe we haven't thought of this before now, and I can't believe how good it is. Took this picture this morning and ended up eating it for breakfast.

If you're not wanting a full pot roast meal but still want to experience our pot roast, this is such a great way to try it. Texas toast topped with mashed potatoes and our famous pot roast, topped off with gravy and served open face.

Probably one of my new faves.

And yes, we have our regular pot roast special available today too! But I'm glad we can offer this as a more affordable way to get your pot roast fix.

Tender, slow-cooked pot roast served with potatoes and grilled veggies.

Special today — $11.95
Not Your Tuna Melt — albacore tuna, black sesame seeds, crasins, chili mayo and green onions and cheddar cheese grilled. Served with a cup of our tomato soup.

Side Special: Tuna Pasta Salad $5.95
Keeping it simple and delicious!
Conchiglie pasta tossed with peas, onions, celery, and albacore tuna with house mayo done with an additional twist.

Our half jerk chickens may not be for everyone. Any thoughts if we were to roast half chickens - of course with a little miltons flair and serve with potatos and veggies? Would be a great budget family meal.
