Good Evening to all! Hope you had some fun Irish shenanigans for St. Patrick’s Day. Quick location update- I am still undecided and considering my options……..Limited Finances are key in delaying getting relocated. I appreciate the continue support and encouragement in this process.

Good Morning- I am doing a small business class and have homework to gather information about customer practices, choices, likes and dislikes. I am including the questionnaire and would love your feedback and answers. You can keep it private and message me or drop you answers in the comments.
Here’s a little brief summary about how Tap-N-Pour works just in case you didn’t know.
My Business Model- Tap-N-Pour is a 30-tap self- serve tap wall with online food ordering. We have counter service but no wait staff. The tap wall has a variety of choices that include 3 options for IPAs, domestic beer, sours, stouts, lagers, seasonal, hard cider, hard seltzers, and wine. When you enter, you provide a credit card to open a tab and then are given a pour card that is used to activate the tap wall so you can pour as much as you want of your own beverage. You also get a link to the online menu to order your own food. When it’s ready, you receive a message to pick up your food at a pick up window.

After Phase I there must be Phase 2. Leading up to Phase 2, there were many hours of packing, lifting, carrying, pushing and shoving through rain sleet and snow! I can’t express enough how grateful I am to the friends and family who showed up to lend their time, brute strength, wrapping and packing talents! I’m not posting names because I didn’t get permission to call them out publicly. It’s crazy how much stuff accumulates over time. I got to spend many hours going through not just the physical items leaving but the time and money that was invested to make 18 W. Main Tap-N-Pour- a gathering place for our community and all the time and money spent to leave getting to Phase 2. Here it is….STORAGE!

Let’s calls this Phase 1 of tear down and moving out to a better place. Thank you Ben Cole and Paul Sorvillo for all your hard work! Saturday and Sunday are going to be moving days. If anyone is available and wants to volunteer to move things over to the Acme building, I will welcome the help. We are only storing the equipment there at this time. We are still hunting for the perfect relocation space. We have checked out the Cuba Mill and The Radix. Unfortunately they will not work.
