I’ll be boiling again tonight around 5 PM. Stop on up!

Here's the sap progression for today. I have a trail camera that sends me a picture every hour. Mind you, there are 3 tanks connected. So, whatever ever amount you see it's times 3. The tanks are 275 gallons each. So, currently there's about 500 gallons of sap. Time to go start the RO.

Sooooo…I sold out of my first batch of maple candy in one day. I’d like to make it fresh each week so as to provide a quality product you can count on. If I know people want some, I’ll keep making it as long as there is a demand for it and time available to make it. So…who’d like some? Send me a message and I’ll set some aside for you 😊

You asked for it…I’ve delivered it. New this year is maple candy. These boxes are $2 each. They are a roughly 1.3 ounces per box. More sizes and shapes likely coming soon.
