We will have some fresh pasture raised chickens at the Victoria Farmers market tomorrow. Come out and see what all is at the market and pick up a chicken for Fathers Day.

We will have 🐔stewing hens or broilers for soup, gumbo or chicken and dumplings tomorrow at the Victoria Farmers Market 👨‍🌾also a fresh batch of sauerkraut along with lot of other good food. Come see us at the Pattie Dodson parking lot from 9-1 Saturday. We are also there on Wednesdays as well at the same time.

The weather is getting nicer and tomorrow there will be 21 vendors at the Victoria Farmers Market. The market will be in the parking lot of the Pattie Welder building on Navarro. The selection of good food will be great. Shirley will have a new personal size cake tomorrow. It is a German Mocha cake along with her other cakes. The following is of items we will have.

From the kitchen: German Mocha cake, banana nut, lemon and lemon poppy seed cakes, snacks, corn meal, corn flour, hot chocolate mix, pickles, relish, salsa, jellies and syrup.
From the craft shop: laundry soap, hand sanitizer and skin care products
Beef: sirloin tip roast, fajitas, chuck roast, cutlets, round steak, brisket, ground beef, stew meat, chili meat, marrow bones, and bones for broth.
Pork: ground pork, pork chops, tenderloin, country style ribs, spare ribs, pork belly, natural cured bacon, pan sausage, butt roast, ham roast, hock bone, soup bone, back fat and leaf fat.
Poultry: chickens, stewing hens, chicken feet, gizzards, liver, hearts, Turkey cuts (breast, tenders, legs, thighs and wings, necks, rib cage, backs and giblets), and pasture eggs.
