From the brine to taking out the spine! Today we are cooking up some turkeys for a thanksgiving dinner. I started by taking the bird out of the brine, then took the spine out and flipped the bird over and flattened it out. Then pumped that thing full of fluids!!! Threw some seasoning on it and tossed it into the smoker at 315 degrees fahrenheit for roughly 4 hours.

As we all gather for thanksgiving, wherever that may be, let’s not forget we have so much to be thankful for regardless of how life is treating you! Happy thanksgiving! Stay blessed!

If anyone needs a quick turkey brine recipe this will be good for you!

Ingredients:
-1 cup holy gospel seasoning
-1/4 cup of garlic powder
-1/4 cup onion powder
-1/4 paprika
-thyme
-rosemary
-2 bulbs of garlic
-2 oranges
-2 onion
-2 lemons

My brine has been sitting for roughly 36 hours! This post is a little late but 12 hours in a brine is better than nothing!

Super quick and easy dish for a healthy dinner!
-boneless skinless chicken thighs
-broccoli
-white onion
-potatoes
-buffalo wild wings Parmesan garlic
-Parmesan cheese
-paprika
-onion powder
-garlic powder
-salt and pepper
After everything is on a cookie sheet, season with the seasoning listed above and toss into the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-45 minutes! Dinner is served🍽️
