Small businesses like Happy Family Ranch, Inc. Kitchen & Bar in Culpeper remind me why I’m so proud to call Virginia home. 🇺🇸🐄
When I sat down to write my article, “Happy Family Ranch: A Virginia Farm-to-Table Success Story,” I kept thinking about how rare it is today to find a place where the food on your plate comes directly from a family’s own farm — raised with care, hard work, and pride.
But families like the Pineda family are too often held back by burdensome regulations and red tape that make it harder to grow.
When I’m in Congress representing Virginia’s 7th District, I’m going to fight to make life easier for Americans who strengthen our economy and our communities. I’ll work to:
✅Cut unnecessary regulations that weigh down family farms and small restaurants
✅Streamline permitting so owners can focus on growing their businesses
✅Support farm-to-table producers who keep our communities fed and connected
✅Push back on one-size-fits-all federal mandates that ignore the realities of rural Virginia
