Gluten-free people know the heartbreak of seeing something like this and immediately assuming it’s off limits 🥲

But imagine finding out the waffle pop is gluten-free.

Then finding out the fryer is gluten-free.

Then realizing you don’t have to search for the tiny GF symbol on the menu…

because the entire freaking menu is gluten-free. 🥹💗

No sad substitute.
No “just take the bun off.”
No watching everyone else eat the good stuff.

Just pick what you actually WANT.

Tag the gluten-free person who would lose their mind here 😂👇

Little Leaf lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, crispy fries, organic grass-fed beef + our house burger sauce.

And yes, the whole thing is gluten-free. Obviously 💗

When you find a 100% gluten-free food truck… apparently you follow it around Maine 😂💞

She first found us at Blue Hill Fair and this weekend she made the drive to Bangor just to eat with us again 🥰

There’s something pretty special about watching someone walk away with their arms FULL of food they know they can safely enjoy.

For our gluten-free people, it’s never just food. It’s getting to choose what you actually WANT for once.

And we’ll never get tired of being that place.

If you’re gluten-free, you know the questions by heart🩷

Is the fryer shared?
Is there cross-contact?
Can this be made gluten-free?
What can I actually eat?

You learn to ask. You learn to double-check. You learn that sometimes the safest answer is just… never mind.

And sometimes you watch everyone else order whatever sounds good while you choose from the one or two things that are safe for you.

Not here.

Here, you get to look at the menu and decide what you want, not just what you can have.

Pick anything. Really 🥹🩷

The whole menu is gluten-free. The fryer is gluten-free. The truck is gluten-free.

CUMBERLAND FAIR — WE’RE BACK! 🎡🙌

Seven days. Twelve hours a day. And absolutely zero need to pack your own gluten-free fair snacks. 😏😂

Bowlicious will be at the Cumberland Fair every single day from September 27 through October 3!

That means a full week of fried food, fried rice, smoothie bowls, waffle pops and all the other things that are usually accompanied by “sorry, that shares a fryer.” 🙃

Not here 💁🏻‍♀️
