Fred’s won’t be attending tonight unfortunately but make sure you head on over!

Come down to Naturally Jammin LLC and Eats & Treats on the Cape at Naturally Jammin Food Truck Night on Tuesday 5/26 from 4-8pm! Fill your belly, support local, join the fun, make a difference in the community, and take a walk in Naturally Jammin's Fairy Village !

We at will be there all set up with:
💜Free Spin the Wheel game
💜Gracie’s “Adopt a Bee” station

Kids (or adults!) can adopt a stuffed bee and receive:
🐝A snap bracelet
🐝A necklace
🐝A honey stick
🐝Make-your-own flower activity
🐝Adoption certificate
🐝Cute bee carry box

All proceeds from our table help support our local outreach efforts right here in our community.

On top of Naturally Jammin, there will be: Mow’s Munchies, Francks Foods, T's BBQ, Great Scott's Mac Wagon, Fred’s Fried Dough! Yum!

Bring bug & tick spray, sunscreen, or new socks as a donation and you’ll be entered into a free drawing!

Join us TOMORROW for our 4th Annual STEAM Night! On Tuesday, May 5th from 5-7 PM, you will have the opportunity to visit activities throughout the building, listen to our GMS band, dine at food trucks and win tickets toward our raffle items. Admission is free and this is always a wonderful event!

We hope to see everyone there!

They say today is Earth Day but PLEASE remember what I say, “Everday is Earth Day!”

* Wednesday at the Education Center:
Today is GRANDPARENTS DAY (Grandparents pay 1/2 price admission).
Receive one per child, free wood bird feeder kit (assembly required) donated by Girl Scout Troop 1737 of Poland, Minot and Mechanic Falls and The Home Depot for Earth Day (while supplies last) and a bag of seed.

This year will be stepping in as our food vendor - head out to the parking lot anytime from 1-6pm for your choice of sweet or savory FREE fried dough!

2025 was a real rollercoaster for Fred’s Fried Dough 🎢 — full of highs, a few bumps and a lot of hustle. From rocking with the Hearts at Fitzy, to days at my favorite horse farm in Cape Elizabeth, to keeping the Westbrook Blue Blazes fueled up for their state title — it was one wild ride.
Of course, not every day went smooth — like the time I left my serving window up and clipped a sign on Forest Ave, or when I got a flat at Thompson’s Point & delayed opening😂😂 But that’s the game baby — through every setback, I kept rolling, because the dream doesn’t stop.

So here’s to everyone who’s supported me through it all — customers, friends, and fellow dough lovers. You keep me going and remind me why I started. ❤️
2026 will bring its own challenges, but just like before, we’ll rise, rebuild, and keep frying forward.
