I just can’t even handle how sweet Jenny is! Everyone has poured so much love into her and it shows. After her arrival on April 3, we thought she might die, she had a couple days where she could not get up and her ears and eyes always looked so sad. Look at this lovely lady now! Lots more pics to come, but had to share this one right off! It makes me cry happy tears to look at it! I got donkeys in part because I read Running with Sherman, a moving true story that includes research explaining how healing it is to reconnect with animals. “Your brain may not remember, but your body will never forget that animals have guarded us since the Stone Age.”— Christopher McDougall More on the winter side quest this amazing author’s book has inspired later! Saturday looks beautiful but chilly! Dress cozy for yoga tomorrow at 9:30 and I’ll do my part and keep you moving! There will also be hot coffee and a fire 🔥 after class! Then keep dancing and snuggle up to a goat, live music 11-1!

Built a delicious fridge full of goat milk treats this week! Perfect fudge & caramels, lots of chèvre, feta and yogurt! We sold out the fridge last weekend so I’ve been busy getting it refilled! Just 3 more open farm Saturdays! Our cheese freezes great if you want to save some for winter!

Big addition to the farm and everyone is excited! The donkeys will be cozy this winter. Still some work to do, need to take down the old house and get thick rubber mats over the stone dust floor but it’s exciting to have it here!
