It’s been awhile since I’ve posted on here and I’ve received notification this page may be shutdown due to that. Hopefully that doesn’t happen!
I plan to start making more updates on this page and letting you know of more things we have available.
A lot has changed this last year and we are hoping to be able to offer some more products to you soon!

The garden is starting to produce! Cabbage is starting to form heads, broccoli is coming on, a handful of strawberries and they are loaded this year! We’ve also harvested some asparagus and rhubarb.
Also planted peanuts this year! It will be fun watching these growing and then harvesting our own peanuts!

We have 11 colonies of bees this year! All of our bees survived the winter!

With that, we are trying some new things! We are excited to collect honeycomb, pollen and propolis and have it available later this year for you!

I had never heard of propolis before! Here is some info I’ve found. I encourage you to research propolis too!

- Propolis contains flavonoids, amino acids, Vitamins A, C and E and minerals such as potassium and magnesium.
It is thought to have antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, and antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Which may be of benefit for: wounds, cold sores, oral health, cancer and chronic diseases.

We are going to start some plants in our greenhouse so they will have a head start when it’s time to plant.

Anyone have interest in buying plants? If so, what kinds of plants would you be interested in- tomatoes (various varieties), peppers (various varieties), herbs? Let us know what plants you will be looking for to purchase this spring!

We have honey for sale & will be extracting even more honey soon!
Earlier this year we found an amazing deal on a little 2 frame extractor. This past Wednesday we picked it up from getting painted and it looks amazing!
Saturday we came across a deal on a 32 frame extractor and an uncapping machine!
Now the work begins on making a building and setup to extract honey and getting all the equipment cleaned up and ready!
Two of our hives have a combined total of about 450 lbs of honey to be extracted this year!
Let us know if you could use some fresh honey or some farm raised eggs!
