For decades our family has been involved in farming around the Bay Area. It was Grandpa Steve Vidovich's dream to create his own wine label and in 2001 our first vintage was released. A couple years later in 2003 Steve brought on our new winemaker Nancy Freire and we continue to make big and bold handcrafted Cabernet Sauvignon each year. From our home to yours we hope you enjoy our wines as much as we do.

We flowed through an uplifting yoga practice, settled into peaceful meditation and a soothing sound bath, then gathered with friends to savor wonderful w**es surrounded by breathtaking Bay Area views. It was the perfect blend of movement, relaxation, connection, and joy!

A heartfelt thank-you to Energy Flow Yoga for hosting our beautiful yoga weekend retreat, and to Vidovich Vineyards for welcoming us and providing such a stunning space to share the day.

If you’ve stopped by the tasting room on Montebello Road recently, there’s a good chance you’ve already shared a laugh—and a glass—with Heidi and JosĂ©.

By weekday, they navigate two of the Bay Area’s most demanding worlds: healthcare and tech. But on the weekends, they’re up on the mountain for the exact same reason you are: pure passion for great w**e and great conversation.

Heidi first found Vidovich from the other side of the bar as a w**e club member. A dedicated enthusiast across California’s premier w**e regions, she belongs to several clubs throughout the state, but her love for this hillside eventually brought her behind the counter to share that excitement with our guests.

JosĂ© approaches w**e through the lens of travel. An avid region explorer, he’s spent years tasting his way through classic growing regions, with Spain’s high-elevation Ribera del Duero holding a permanent spot at the top of his favorites list.

Whether you want to talk terroir, trade travel stories, or just enjoy the view with people who genuinely love what’s in the bottle, Heidi and JosĂ© have you covered.

The Vidovich Vineyards tasting room originated from the residence of Stephen and Marilyn Vidovich.

Completed in 2007, it was intended as a sanctuary for them to savor their golden years following years of dedicated work on the valley floor.
Stephen, fuelled by a deep love for w**e, especially Bordeaux varietals, collaborated with his close friend Steve Dorcich of Dorcich Family Vineyards in 1996 to establish the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard.
Today, the structure stands as the Vidovich Vineyards tasting room, serving as a tribute to Stephen and Marilyn’s enduring devotion to the land and the art of w**emaking đŸ·
