Meet our butcher/owner.
Most of you know Steve "the butcher" Kirkpatrick but for those of you just finding us I'd like to introduce him.

Steve has been cutting meat since 1985 working as a butcher in several grocery stores as a meat market manager, at processing plants, and also in his own deer business.

Steve believes that every deer brought in should be processed with strict attention to detail and care.

When you bring a deer to SK Deer Processing you are guaranteed two things for sure..
1) The deer you bring in is the same deer you get back.
2) You will receive as much meat as possible with Steve as your butcher!

We are happy to get the opportunity to fill your freezer each year and appreciate your business!
