This steer had one job, and he did it *beautifully*. Now it's your turn to do yours: eat good.

No mystery meat, no grocery store markup, just good beef from someone you know. And think of the gas money you'll save not fighting traffic to the big box store — this comes to you.

Delivery available locally from Valley to Auburn on bulk orders.

Here's what's in the freezer:

**Bone-in Ribeyes**: 2 per pack, cut 1" thick, average 1½ lb per pack. **$30/pack**
**Beef Brisket**: average 3½ lb packs. **$30/pack** (smoker people, this is your sign)
**Denver Steaks**: 2 per pack. **$12/pack**. You won't find these in the store!
**New York Strips**: 2 per pack. **$17/pack**
**Boneless Ribeyes**: 2 per pack. **$26/pack**
**Cube Steak**: just a few packs left (chicken-fried steak isn't going to make itself)
**Stew Meat**: 1 lb packs. Everybody wants it, and it's soup season, y'all
**Ground Beef**: 1 lb tubes, average **$8 each**. Plenty to go around!
**Tomahawks**: only a few left. Caveman energy, limited supply.

Hey friends and family! We just had an immediate opening come up for a half cow share. Processing date is September 28th, so just a few weeks away. Usually we see return on the meat about a month after processing.
