Even through bureaucratic delays and despite political sparring … the circle of life still moves on.
has become a daily heartbreak along with being physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially draining. Feeding and caring for a herd that so much hard work, blood, sweat and tears, intentional effort, genetic research and planning, testing and caretaking…and now watching beautiful fawns be born…awaiting massacre. Essentially for the purpose of the continuation of decades long fear-mongering and monetary gain.
your dreams, plans, and goals could be crushed and wiped away in a moment. From all that has happened before and since, we will not be the last.

For many, is a long weekend, summer kickoff, a chance to hangout with family and friends- all of which are great! While you are enjoying that, please keep in mind that the intent of Memorial Day is to remember and honor those who have given their lives in service to our country and our freedom. Be aware that Memorial Day feels hard and heavy for some - those who have lost battle buddies, those whose Father, Sister, Son, Granddaughter, Cousin, Friend, etc. was one of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. This weekend, please give thought to this meaningful day, dedicated to these .

Honor the sacrifices while also wishing friends and family a special day.
