Hello Everyone! I just wanted to thank everyone who has reached out and who I have done business with, I appreciate you all! I’m just letting everyone know that my spring selling season has come to a close as all my mature beef have been sold. I am not an all year round seller so I'm usually limited. I am currently starting a wait list for my late fall beef that usually goes til spring. As usual if your looking for steaks, roasts, Prime rib, a brisket and limited hamburger, I do have limited stock I sell out of freezer. Price will go by weights. Don't be afraid to reach out if you have questions. Thank you!

Hello All! I am finalizing beef orders for March. If you are interested or your freezer is running low now's the time to restock! I only have a few months left of my spring selling season. Now that Januarys beef has sold for this month. I'm looking for anyone interested in February.

I have 1/4s and 1/2s available.

Reminder that a 1/4 beef generally includes

• 4 porter house steaks
• 4 t-bone steaks
• 9 rib steaks
• 7 sirloin steaks
• 2 rump roasts
• 4 chuck roasts
• 5-6pks of 1lb stew meat
• Approximately 2 milk crates of hamburger

• There are also options for round steaks, arm roast, tip roast, brisket, prime rib, short ribs and soup bones.

If you purchase ½ there’s options for tenderloins as well.

✴️ New- vacuum sealing now available!

Hello Everyone, I got another opening with the butcher and am looking for customers interested in a 1/4's and 1/2's. Perfect timing to have beef cut, wrapped and delivered to your front door for Christmas!🎄🎄

Price goes off of hanging weight. Recent 1/4's have been averaging 220lbs. I pay cutting and wrapping. I will provide local delivery.

✴️✴️A new option available now is vacuum sealed packages. There's a small upcharge for the vacuum seal packaging versus the freezer paper.

Please reach out ASAP if you're interested. I don't expect the beef to last long.

I'm back at it with getting dates lined up for beef to be butchered. I currently have 2 beef going in October 13th.

I have 1/4s, 1/2, or a whole beef available.

If interested please message me. It will be December for the next date.
