We’re located in beautiful Cutchogue, New York – on the North Fork of Long Island. Have to gush for a bit… so proud of these snails! From how they’re raised and what they’re fed, to the care in their production and final flavor, texture, and appearance. They’re world class - from little ‘ol Long Island.

If you’re a chef that cares about the ingredients you put on your menu and you intend to use snails (or maybe already do) we need to talk!
