What a first season for North Fork Garlic Co. The stand is still stocked with the last of our 2026 garlic — once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Thank you to everyone who stopped at the stand, lent a helping hand, came out to the markets, and supported us this summer.

Excited to be joining the 20th Anniversary North Fork Foodie Tour this year! 🧄

I’ll be speaking at 2:30 PM at the Foodie Tour headquarters barn at Charnews Farm, talking about growing garlic on the North Fork and the story behind North Fork Garlic Company.

We’ll also be doing a garlic tasting, so come by, try some locally grown garlic!!!

Our Music garlic is now fully cured and available! Known for its large cloves and rich flavor, it’s one of our favorite hardneck varieties.

We’re heading to the Eisenhower Park Farmers Market!

I’ll be there August 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th from 9 AM–1 PM.
