We are a made to order Gluten Free bakery in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. So why gluten free? Laurie was diagnosed with celiac in 2009. Every. Day. But! But, why a bakery?

Going gluten free has been a game changer in her health. But the reality is, we are still normal people. We enjoy eating a piece of bread that doesn't taste like cardboard. We want to have pancakes on a Saturday morning with our kids that are easy to make while we sip (read: down) coffee because our children still wake up with the sun. So we began baking and researching how to make non cardboard g

luten free food. There has been a lot of trial and error to find what worked well for our family. Maybe even some tears as cakes fell apart the night before a party. Slowly we found our way. We could have brownies on a whim because someone was in the mood for them. Birthday parties are covered. Brunch, we've got you. We want to share the goodness of a delicious scone made fresh. We want others to have a brownie that will put a box to shame. We want people to have a treat that they want and not one they settle for. Eating gluten free doesn't have to mean you won't enjoy treats again. You can have your cake and eat it too, because it's gluten free.

Our Christmas Cookie Collection is back and we are bringing all the holiday joy from December 2 to December 20. This year we created three boxes for three very different December moods because some days call for a party platter and others call for a cookie you sneak while wrapping gifts.

The Merry Mingle Box
The life of every holiday party. Soft, fresh cookies that vanish the moment you set them down. Think warm spices, melty chocolate, and all the flavors that make a dessert table feel complete.

The Mistletoe Morsel Box
Your new December companion. These cookies stay delicious all week which makes them perfect for gifting, grazing, and nibbling through every cozy moment by the tree.

The Sprinkle and Dip Box
A little cookie joy in its most playful form. Mini sugar cookies, smooth buttercream, and cheerful sprinkles that turn every bite into a small celebration.

We will be closing for the weeks of Christmas and New Years. So the last day to pick up your order is December 20.

If you want cinnamon rolls, scones, or breads ready for Christmas morning, we would love to bake them early so you can freeze and enjoy later.
