What’s all included in a 1/4 or 1/2 of a beef?
-roast (chuck, arm, English, sirloin tip, rump roast
-steaks(t bone, porterhouse, ribeyes, sirloins, round steaks, and cube steaks.
-burger ( can be made into 1lb bulk, 2lb bulk, and patties
-stew meat

The beef will be cut to your specifications!

Beef prices continue to rise and here is your chance to lock in on a price before it goes up later in the year. Fill your freezer with fresh local beef. You packages will come from one animal raised here locally!

Buying a 1/4 or 1/2 ensures your family has protein in the freezer with a plethora of options! Why buy from a big box grocery store who sources their meat from all over when you can get fresh, quality, homegrown beef!

Happy President’s Day! 🇺🇸

Did you know? During the presidency of Woodrow Wilson, a flock of sheep grazed on the lawn of the White House.

Instead of using groundskeepers to cut the grass, Wilson’s sheep did the job for him! At its peak, the flock numbered 48, and the wool they produced was sold at auction to raise money for the Red Cross. 🐑

🎄Twas the Night Before Christmas (Livestock Show Family Edition – Fixed & Fierce)🎄

’Twas the night before Christmas, all through the barn,
Every plan had unraveled… consider this a warning.
The pigs were all screaming for second night feed,
The goats were committing fresh acts of misdeed.

The steer stood there blinking, enormous and calm,
While loosening panels with one lazy hip and a yawn.
The sheep shook their blankets, then did it once more,
Because chaos is custom… neatness is folklore.

The parents drank coffee and questioned their fate,
Arguing softly ‘bout feed pans and gates.
“Did you latch that?” “Of course.” “Then why is it wide?”
Because optimism lives where logic has died.

The kids were still buzzing, rechecking their lists,
Touching each brush like it might cease to exist.
Show stick? Check. Soap? Check. That tool no one knows?
Clearly essential. No questions. It goes.

Then out in the aisle came a thunderous clatter,
A goat found his freedom… because of course that would matter.
Dad slipped in manure, Mom sprinted in Crocs,
Someone yelled “DON’T LET HIM TURN!” as he juked them and mocked.

The pig dumped his water with spite in his eyes,
The lamb laid down flat in dramatic defiance.
The steer leaned in heavy, the fence groaned in fear,
Reconsidering choices that brought it right here.

At last things grew quiet… which felt real suspicious,
The kind of calm that’s rarely auspicious.
Kids crashed in hoodies, boots still on tight,
Dreaming of banners and judge’s good sight.

The parents sat silent, sore, tired, and wise,
Scrolling show entries and wondering why
This life chose them… or they chose it instead,
As they planned morning chores in their half-sleeping head.

So Merry Christmas to families covered in straw,
With grit in their teeth and feed bills that awe.
May your gates all stay latched, your pigs never go flat,
And may no one say “he looks light”… we’re done with that. 🎄🐖🐐🐑🐄

Our Southdown ram got in with the dorpers when he was out on pasture and here is the result! A surprise lamb!
