❗️A lot of people ask how much freezer space they need for fresh beef. This is a 20 cubic foot stand up freezer and we took half a cow. It filled everything up minus the 3rd shelf❗️

It’s been forever since we have posted an update. Life has been BUSY, but so good.

Just finished up our second round of pork 🐷 and started our third this week.

One of our new favorites from our processor are the Cheddar Jalapeño brats 😋😋

A new batch of chicks joined the farm today.

Next up meat chickens—more to come on their availability 🐓🍗

“Olaf” joined us early Christmas morning—what a Christmas gift to find in the field at 5am. Thanks, “Minnie” 😃
