There’s a reason it’s called the Daddy Delmonico 😎 with the temperature rising, here’s a great way to prepare this incredible cut in the comfort of your A/C! 🥩Set your Delmonico out at room temp for 1hr before cooking 🥩Season liberally with Stone Cold Meats 50 Shades 🥩Using a neutral oil, heat your pan on medium high heat of Steak seasoning 🥩Cook on all sides until golden brown 🥩Pop into a 400 degree oven and remove when your temp reads 10 degrees below your desired temperature.
