DANG!!!!! This girl can cook!!!! Avery did an amazing job tonight on dinner! Seared ribeyes with smoked lobster ceviche and boy was it fabulous!!! First time she’s cooked a steak in over a year and didn’t miss a beat breaking in her new Weber kettle. I could eat this every night!

Limestone county go Texan cook off from a couple weeks ago. Had a great time getting back into the comps after a year sabbatical. Still walked away with 1st brisket, 3rd Fubar ribs, 5th Snafu chicken, Reserve Grand Champion overall. Now just to practice and get ready for the next one.

A couple new pits built. One reverse flow that was a rebuild and a regular smoker that was donated to cywoods high school sports for their auction.

Young Gun Cookers had a great time in college station at the spirit of Texas bbq cook off. We were lucky enough to walk away with 2nd place brisket and 6th place overall out of 92 teams. Made a little money and got a cool trophy!

Had a blast this past weekend cooking at the Heath Scheilack bbq cook off in Huntsville. We managed to walk away with 4th place brisket, 7th place ribs, 3rd place chicken which set us up for 3rd overall. We also managed a 4th place open and 4th place dessert. Thanks to all who came out and supported me!!!
