This weekend we are conducting testing on our new grill setup and experimenting with recipes and rubs for brisket, chicken, and ribs. Additionally, we are working on a special recipe for pork belly cinnamon rolls. Later in the week we plan to test our special bean recipe in preparation for an upcoming competition scheduled to begin on Thursday 11/9.
