So at nine years old when we made our first cheesecakes, our sweet tooth fell in love with this creamy dessert. Many years and several cheesecakes later, here we are. r family and friends, we began selling our cakes in 2017. We were both enrolled full time at the University of Miami, majoring in Ecosystem Science and Policy, Economics, Entrepreneurship and Womens and Gender Studies. Employment took a downturn with the pandemic of 2020, and it became an unlucky time to be a recent graduate. Despite this, we decided that we would be self-employed rather than unemployed and pursue Kendal and Kelby’s Cheesecakes full time! To us, cheesecake is more than just a dessert. It nostalgic, and it brings joy. If there’s one thing we love, its seeing the smile on someone's face when they bite into our cheesecake! This is our goal. To give you a little bit, or a lot, of happiness with each bite!
