It’s official, Brad just arrived in Florence, Italy for the next phase of his culinary journey - Italian baking at the Florence University of the Arts.

Florence University of the Arts is a leading institution in the private educational sector of Italy. FUA addresses education on a global scale thanks to an internationalized approach that also accounts for the impact of local and community perspectives during a course of study.

I’m hoping to work things out to complete a year-long advanced course in Italian baking in Florence, Italy starting in the fall of 2018. Just need to make arrangements for my pets in the states. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
