One way to process herbs if you don’t have time to do much else with them. This is chopped cilantro, frozen in olive oil. Such a quick and easy way to preserve this for future use. 🤗🫠

Some of my cilantro I harvested today. If you don’t have time to process it when you cut it, put it in some water and in your fridge. It will keep nicely! I’m going to chop this up and put it in ice cube trays filled with oil and freeze them. It’s so quick and easy to use this way!

Today was my day off which means slow walks through the pastures checking fences and exploring flowers. This is a “weed” but some of the most beautiful flowers are just such things. 💚
