My Saturday nap partner (just kidding she's always my nap partner! No matter where she is, if I lay down she gets up and joins me♥) She starts at my feet and just winds her way up, I love that I can put my legs on her. Right now she is snoring like she put in a hard days work too- well she does start early with the trip downtown to the Farmers market with hubby "making friends" as she barks at everything so it must be hard work 😂
*I would say she only does this with me, which is 100% true but my husband would say I would be bragging she loves me more 😁

You asked for it so today you can expect not just regular Mennonite sourdough bagels, but onion and everything bagels! As well as Sourdough English muffins! For scones I have Freedom (strawberry, blueberry, and white chocolate chips), lemon blueberry, and dark chocolate almond butter (almond butter is fresh ground), also have some orange cupcake with fresh squeezed oranges 😋 See you in a couple hours at the Farmers Market! I will also have all your other favorites including bread and eggs (chicken, duck, quail, and turkey) code word is in full effect!

The Dahlonega Farmers Market will be open on the 4th! Come see us❤

The Farmers Market will be allowed back in the park on the 4th of July and we will be working together to coordinate through all the events to make sure everyone can find us without us being relocated out of the park, which is great news. Some of you suggested that Dahlonega do better the last time the Farmers had to be relocated- safe to say they are trying! So make plans now to come get/pick up your local BBQ needs for the best and freshest 4th of July ever! Crops should be in full production and ready for your enjoyment!

We are less than a month away from celebrating our country's 250th anniversary in beautiful downtown Dahlonega! We cannot wait to celebrate with a full day of exciting activities❤️🤍💙

For my GF peeps, I have a special treat for you Saturday- Smores roasted marshmallow crispy treats! Yup, GF Graham crackers! 😋

Also Cranberry Walnut Bread Pudding!- your favorite cranberry walnut sourdough bread with chocolate, farm fresh eggs, farm fresh milk, in a heavenly tasting bread pudding! Nothing like fresh ingredients! 😋

I promised to let you all know when the next City Council Meeting is. It is tomorrow at 6pm. I had to double check for myself so here it is so mark your calendars and I will see you there!

Dahlonega City Council meetings are held at the Gary McCullough Council Chambers at Dahlonega City Hall (465 Riley Road). Regular meetings take place on the first Monday of each month at 6:00 PM, and Work Sessions are held on the third Monday at 4:00 PM

Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow at the Farmers Market! I will be bringing 3 types of Mennonite sourdough bread- regular, cranberry walnut, and seeded (this is the one that has more than 180 grams of protein in the loaf). I also have cinnamon rolls, lemon blueberry scones, dunkaroo cookies- oatmeal cranberry , dark chocolate chip, and Freedom colored naturally without dye with a vanilla bean dip 😋 also have without dip. I will be bringing a couple milks- they go fast though! And of course eggs- chicken, duck, quail, and turkey. Also code word is in force! And since no rain I will be bringing everything else as well!

*Make sure to stop by to fill out or scan the QR code so I can collect some quick data about the Farmers Market for the city council meeting - this will also help build our Farmers market over the next several years!

I can always do special requests! These were the desserts for some very special people!

*My "taste testers" decided the Brookie's should be on the menu so I guess you can either order ahead or pick on Saturday- they are really good.

Some of you have had the cookies, but check out the new cool packaging for the dip! Also planning on some freedom colored cookies- natural dye and natural sprinkles (because that's how we do things 😁)

Remember the eggs that were laid by our front door? Well a few days ago they all hatched. They are so quiet right now, but literally have their mouths wide open all the time -well, I speculate that because we try not to invade and just ignore them so that might be completely inaccurate 😂 they all had the mouths open before I snapped the picture when I was sneaking a peak to see if mom was in there as I casually walked by 😂
* they are much cuter now than they were when they 1st hatched without all the feathers and naked (couldn't post that one)
