All of our beef is born and raised on our farm using Angus based genetics. LRC Farms is a family owned and operated cattle farm located in Dahlonega Georgia. Our focus has always been to produce high quality cattle using reputable genetics. Traditionally we operated as a commercial cow/calf producer, which meant we would sell our calves at weaning before they were grown and ready to be processed.

We recognized this led to a disconnection between the farmer and the end consumer, so we started incorporating a direct to consumer model to re-establish that connection. Our beef is raised on pasture during the grass season and finished on grain in the off season. All of our calves we raise for freezer beef are out of registered black angus bulls to ensure the highest quality meat.
