TX Bar Grassfed Cattle Company Buy a whole or 1/2 Grassfed beef harvested directly of our ranch in Northern California by our own local butchers

We harvest a whole or a 1/2 beef to fill your freezer with natural, grass fed, local, sustainable beef

• $2100-$2200for a whole beef

• $1590 for 1/2 a beef

*Plus Butchers fees*

• $200 harvest fee or $100 for a 1/2 order

• $1.50 per lb cut and wrap butcher fee

Cattle weigh on average 1150-1250 lbs (live weight). 600-700 lbs on the hook (Butcher Weight you are charged the cut/wrap fee on). The

n you get about 200-250 take home beef for a 1/2 order and 400-500 lbs take home beef on a whole beef purchase. It all averages out to you paying $7-$8 a lb after the cost of the animal plus the butcher fees. Out the door price after cost of raising the animal and finishing on natural pasture grasses (that goes to us the rancher) plus butcher fees (which goes to the butcher when you pick up your beef for their services)
