Hi friends — we’re Joe & Katie, along with our three little ranch hands, and we’re excited to welcome you to Grass Roots Ranch.
This land has been in Joe’s family for generations, and we feel grateful to continue caring for it as we build something new together. Our cattle are grass-fed, grass-finished, rotated through open pastures, and raised without routine antibiotics or chemicals — a natural approach that reflects the kind of food we want to serve our own family.
Our commitment is rooted in healthy soil, healthy animals, and healthy people, and our goal is simple: raise beef the way nature intended so that, when the time comes, you can feel confident about what’s on your table.
For now, we invite you to follow along as we share this journey from pasture to plate. We can’t wait to grow with you.
