Czech Brothers Meat Two brothers who love smoking meat. We (Norm and Nate) are tinkerers by trade with years of formal training. Something that is not found in Northeast Wisconsin.

Under the strict tutelage of our father we learned common sense, a skill that extends to our trades today and aided in our smoker build. Looking for a good project, we set out to build a smoker, convinced we could do it better and for less money than any of the commercial options. After much contemplation and discussion, we settled on a design popularized by Aaron Franklin (offset smoker) and star

ted to work on sourcing the parts. Our father’s unexpected retirement kicked our timeline into high gear when we realized we wanted to give him a party worthy of his 34 years in the Aerospace Industry and it needed to happen soon. Putting the ingenuity learned from years of farming and working with our hands, we created our offset smoker “Clancy” from a 500 gallon lp tank, a 250 gallon lp tank, bridge caisson, and other miscellaneous parts. Now, what started as a desire to provide Central Texas style smoked meat for our families has morphed into a desire to provide high quality Czech/German style smoked meat to our family, friends, and community. So here is Czech Brothers Meats, we are sure you will enjoy the meat.
