Cleaned out my pantry today and realized I have soooo many dry beans (thanks to living next to a bean farmer for four years!). So, as I’m meal planning, good ole ChatGPT gave me a suggestion to cook, prep and freeze for use in soups, sauces, and (taco) meats to add protein while not overwhelming my family with “bean-forward” dishes. I have pinto, large Lima, and split peas in the crockpots!!
