Been working on updating the beef cutting order. A few things to remember going into hunting season.
1. The cleaner you are able to keep your wild game the more meat you will get back in the end, and you will also save yourself a cleaning fee.
2. If you are coming across the state line into Texas your animal must be skinned and quartered.
3. Be sure to have your hunting license and tag information ready and available on drop off.
4. Call (806)-333-8628 before coming to drop off your game.
I've got limited cooler space so it will be a first come first serve basis with all domestic animals taking priority.
5. Due to limited freezer space game must be picked up ASAP after being processed.
6. It is best to get your wild game skinned as soon as possible and on ice if you are unable to bring it in right away. The carcass will not cool down fast enough if the hide is left on and you could lose some meat from spoiling, even if it is cold outside.

Custom processing $1.75 lb carcass weight
Tenderize(Chicken Fry, Cube Steak) $1.00 lb
Stew Meat $1.50 lb
Jerky Meat (Unable to make jerky but we can slice it for you) $1.50 lb
Cape $75
Skin $75
If you want fat or pork added that price will depend on availability and where we are able to source it from.
