TACO TUESDAY… yes, we did a ground chicken smashed 💥 taco on the Blackstone. I decided to pullout a special wine to pair with it. We only have 3 bottles left of our 2020 Rusty Rail Roussanne. 2020 was a tough year but the wines that year were delicious!

My dad, born in 1916, was a lifetime railroader in Ohio. Plus the railroad played a major part of Dalhart’s history. So I made this label in honor of both Dalhart and my father. The problem was too many people called this wine Rusty Nail because they didn’t know what a railroad spike looked like. So I after 2020 I changed the label to a train. 😁

Our Giddy Up! Cabernet Sauvignon wine was excellent with our Korean Beef Bulgogi. We made this recipe with Lazy 6 stir fry meat.. delicious and already sliced perfectly 👏👏👏 It was so easy to make.

Our ‘22 Rusty Rail Roussanne was aged in new French oak barrels. It pairs perfectly with Italian Nachos made with freshly fried wonton chips, homemade Alfredo sauce, hot Italian sausage, tomatoes, peperoncini peppers, Kalamata olives, green onions and mozzarella cheese. Delicious 🤤
