I made mashed potatoes with ricotta cheese and dill.
The Mustache smoked the salmon. He said, “I knew the look of the salmon would gross you out so I seared yours on the blackstone.” It’s SO nice having a private chef. 😂
Grüner Veltliner pairs so well with seafood. People that aren’t into it eventually will if they are into being a food connoisseur.
(FYI- Grüner Veltliner was Gene Rahll’s favorite ❤️)

Dinner tonight.. Fresh and flavorful Lemon Basil Salmon Rolls packed with zesty lemon and aromatic basil and pairs perfectly with our 2021 Grüner Veltliner.
After dinner… espresso with homemade whipped cream.
So delicious!

CREAMY TOMATO BASIL RAVIOLI: EASY HOMEMADE DINNER RECIPE FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY pairs perfectly with our Rusty Rail Roussanne that was aged in new French oak barrels. We used cheese tortellinis instead of ravioli since that’s what we had on hand.
