PIZZA CASSEROLE
1 can grands home style
biscuits
1 jar of pizza sauce
1 package of pepperoni
1-2 cups shredded
mozzarella cheese
Garlic powder
Pizza toppings onion, green
pepper, mushrooms
Black olives etc
Pre heat oven to 350*
Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray. Tear each biscuit into 4-5 chunks and drop in bottom of pan. It's ok for space in between the pieces as they will puff up while cooking. Pour sauce over the top of biscuits. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Put on a layer of pepperoni and whatever pizza toppings you like. Cover with cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes. I used fresh sliced mushrooms, diced bell pepper, pepperoni, diced onion and seasoned cooked ground beef.

Just wanted to share my Taco Dip here for anyone who may need something cheap, quick, and easy to take to a party or just to devour yourself! It’s always a crowd pleaser. 😋 🌮
Brown 2 pounds of ground beef then add 2 packets of taco seasoning and make according to directions.
Layer taco meat in the bottom of a pan and let chill in the fridge for at least an hour. You want it nice and cold so the sour cream layer doesn’t rip the meat up.
After chilled do a layer of sour cream, 24oz container. Then a layer of salsa, 2 jars. Then finally a layer of shredded cheese, I used sharp cheddar, 2 8oz bags.
Place back in the fridge to settle for an hour or so and then serve with Tostitos chips! Enjoy! 🙂

Cheeseburger Mac & Cheese (i call it homemade hamburger helper) the corn is optional i just like it😂
1 pound of ground beef
1 box Kraft deluxe Mac and cheese
*you can just boil noodles and add your own cheese but I’ve found this is easier and better*
Salt, pepper, paprika, 1-2 tablespoons sugar, (however you like it) a teaspoon of butter, chili powder, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder.
Make sure you cook separately! Make your noodles and cheese separate from your ground beef and whatever else you’d like to add, then when both are finished mix it together in a pan.
I season everything to taste but start out light and just add as you go. I’ve found it’s better to add a few cups of shredded cheese but this is a cheap and easy recipe to where you make it however you like and it will still feed a family and taste good however!

Cheap dirty rice.
This was a stable for us growing up. It’s cheap, easy and good.
Box of beef rice roni
Package of hamburger
Cook the hamburger up, season it with red pepper powder, garlic powder, & onion powder. Season with your heart. ❤️
Once the hamburger is done, remove it and set it aside and make the rice roni according to the package. Instead of water I use beef broth but do whatever works for you. I then add frozen peas and carrots and let the rice roni cook up.
Once your liquid is gone add the hamburger and then add a lot of hot sauce, I grew up with Texas Pete and Louisiana Hot sauce.
I top mine off with cheese sometimes. I also add more hot sauce.
I usually will serve it bread & butter.
Clearly you can make this anyway your heart wants but it’s a comfort food for me.
